When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, the pickup and delivery locations, and a description of the shipment.

To complete a delivery we also handle recipient details such as a name, address and phone number, and we capture proof-of-delivery information: the recipient's name, the date and time of delivery, the drop point and, where appropriate, a photo of the shipment.

How we use it

We use personal information only to prepare quotes, arrange and complete deliveries, provide proof of delivery, communicate with you about your shipments and keep the business records we are required to keep.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use recipient details for marketing.

Sharing

We share information only where needed to complete your delivery, such as with the recipient or their delegate, or where required by law. Service providers who help us operate, for example email and website hosting, may process information on our behalf and only for that purpose.

Shipment contents

We treat the contents of your shipments, including documents, as confidential. We do not open sealed shipments.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required for legal and accounting reasons, and we take reasonable physical, administrative and technical measures to protect it.

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Form submissions are sent securely to us and used only to respond to you. Photography on this site is licensed stock imagery and does not show our own vehicles, premises or staff.
